Information we collect

• Order & account data: name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number when you place an order or contact us.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; our provider handles card data according to its own security standards.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, general location derived from IP, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies where enabled.
• Communications: content of emails or form messages you send to hello@goodandfaithfulart.com or through our contact form.

How we use information

• To process, fulfill, and ship orders, and to communicate about your purchase.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, if you opt in, marketing emails.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site; detect fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of information

We share information with service providers who help us run the Site and our business — for example, payment processing, print fulfillment, shipping carriers, email delivery, and hosting. We require these providers to use your information only to perform services for us and in line with this policy. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functions, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how the Site is used — pages viewed, referring source, and product interactions such as viewing an artwork, changing framing options, adding an item to the cart, starting checkout, or joining our email list. These tools receive your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages and actions above. We do not use them to collect payment details, and we do not sell your information. Neither tool currently responds to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on blocks Google Analytics only, and blocking cookies or scripts in your browser or an ad blocker will stop some but not necessarily all analytics collection. To have us stop analytics processing of your visits, or to request deletion of data already collected, contact us using the details below.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at hello@goodandfaithfulart.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
